What is "Backerkit"?
Backerkit is a management platform on which we will create an account for you after the campaign. There, you will enter your shipping address, pay your shipping fees, choose the language and cover of your books and, if you wish, add other items to your pledge.

I am a returning backer, how do I get only the new stuff?
You have several options:
-For print + PDF, choose “Dearg 2 Standard Edition” pledge at €50/$50. -Opt for “Dearg 2 Limited Edition” at €90/$90 for a special edition. -Go deluxe with “Dearg 2 Collector Box Set” at €150/$150 for print + PDF.
For digital only: -Choose “PDF Dearg 2” at €25/$25. -Or again, the “Complete PDF Collection” at €80/$80.

I am an Early Bird. If I change my reward tier during or after the campaign, will I lose my bonus?
No, because your Early Bird status is dependent on the time of your initial participation (pledge time stamp), not your reward tier. If you pledged on the first days of the campaign, you will get your collector dice.

Is it possible to change the amount I pledged or to change my reward pledge?
It’s possible. Just click on “Manage your pledge” to edit your pledge.

How can I include add-ons to my pledge?
If you would like to purchase a copy right now, simply select “Manage your pledge”, follow the steps below and add the book as an option to your pledge:
STEP 1: Click on “manage your pledge”; STEP 2: Click on the blue box “Change your pledge”; STEP 3: Confirm your choice. STEP 4: Now you can choose your add on. Click on them and you are all set!

You will choose the language and cover of your books after the end of the crowdfunding, via the Pledge Manager, on BackerKit.

Do all physical books come with the PDF version? When and where will we receive them?
Yes, all physical books come with their PDF at no extra charge. PDFs and other digital rewards will be made available shortly after the end of the subscription campaign on your Backerkit account, in the “Digital downloads” section.

How much will the shipping fees be? Is it normal that my adress isn't requested upon subscribing?
The shipping costs will be calculated after the campaign, during the Pledge Manager phase. The exact amount will depend on the weight of your package, but also on the stretch goals unlocked. All shipments will include tracking.
Below are shipping estimates for the Collector Box Set ($50):
USA & France: around $12 Europe & UK: around $18 Canada & Australia: around $20 Rest of the world: $50 and more
It is also normal that you are not requested to give your address upon subscribing. We will be using an online platform for the Pledge Manager and to manage deliveries: Backerkit.

Is this campaign part of the Agate Patrons loyalty program?
It is! If this is the third campaign you’re backing, you will get $10 of credit for each $100 spent on those three subscriptions all together.
If you’ve been using the same e-mail address, your Agate Patron credit will automatically be added to your BackerKit account. If you’re using a different address, let us know via contact form.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
